Delete your Yo Energy: Massage Finder account

You can delete your account in the app: open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm. This deletes your Firebase account, RevenueCat customer record, and local app data, including preferences, cached alarm audio, ring measurements, notes, and practice history.

Request deletion without the app

Email romayorg@gmail.com with the subject “Yo Energy Massage Finder account deletion.” Include your Firebase UID if you saved it, or the sign-in method and account email or Telegram username you used. Do not send passwords, health records, or ring data. We will verify account ownership before deleting the account and associated data, and reply with the outcome.

Deleting your app account does not cancel an active store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Google Play subscriptions or App Store subscriptions to stop future renewals. Store transaction records may be retained by the store under its own policies. Device backups are managed by your operating system.
