Yo Energy Massage Finder

Yo Energy Massage Finder is a general-wellbeing app for exploring massage formats by user-selected sensations and body areas. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional healthcare.

Information stored on your device

Massage finder selections, practice history, personal notes, language settings, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Telegram, Firebase creates an account and the app uses its Firebase UID to connect your access record with RevenueCat.

Sign-in information

The app receives the identity information returned by the sign-in provider you choose. Firebase stores the account details needed for sign-in. For Telegram sign-in, the numeric Telegram identifier is used only as a one-way hashed identity key; when provided, the Telegram username, display name, and language code are stored with the Firebase account. An authorized YOENERGY administrator may review account email, sign-in providers, account creation and last sign-in times, available Telegram profile details, and the country reported by RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives the Firebase UID, subscription transaction and entitlement information, and basic app and device details needed to provide its service. RevenueCat displays the transaction country when available; otherwise it estimates country from the customer's last-seen IP address and drops the IP after determining the country. The country may be approximate and is not precise location data. Email addresses and Telegram profile details are not sent to RevenueCat.

Optional ring features

If you choose to connect a compatible Yo Energy ring, the iOS or Android app uses Bluetooth to communicate with that device. Device identifiers, battery information, and measurement data used by the app are stored locally in the current version. They are not uploaded by us, shared for advertising, or used to make medical decisions.

Audio from the internet

When you play optional background audio, the app connects to the audio file’s server. That server may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address. Massage finder selections, ring data, and personal notes are not added to that request.

WhatsApp or other external messaging

If an external contact button is configured and you tap it, the app opens the messaging service chosen by you with a draft message. The draft may include the body area, sensations, and suggested massage formats you selected. Nothing is sent without your action, and the external service’s privacy policy applies once you leave the app or send a message.

Analytics and advertising

The current version has no advertising SDK, ad tracking, sale of personal data, or Apple Health integration.

Subscriptions and payments

If you choose a subscription, the App Store processes purchases on iOS and Google Play processes purchases on Android. The app does not receive or store your payment card details. RevenueCat processes purchase history for subscription validation, entitlement access, and its customer and subscription analytics. It links this information to the Firebase UID. Any introductory offer is controlled by your store and is available only when that store reports that your account is eligible.

Deleting information

Use the Profile controls to delete your account. This removes the Firebase account, the RevenueCat customer record, local preferences, cached alarm audio, ring measurements, notes, and practice history. If you no longer have the app, request account deletion on the web. Device backups are controlled by your operating-system settings. Cancel any active store subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account to stop future renewals.

Safety

App content is for general wellbeing and conversation preparation. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. Stop any practice or massage session that causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, numbness, or worsening symptoms. For urgent symptoms or danger, contact local emergency services or appropriate healthcare support.
